The New Providence Green League consists of 4 Divisions:
GOLD Division (A Level)
The top teams at each age group
- Top-rated players at the age
- Most competitive division
- Advanced rules (Ripken Rules)
- Tournament teams must play in this division
- 10-game season
- Postseason tournament for all teams that play a minimum of 8 games
- Divisions for 8u, 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, and 13u
- $350 per team
GREEN Division (B Level)
"B" level teams at each age group
- Next-highest-rated players
- Competitive rules but more developmental and participation-based
- Tournament teams may not play in this division without a waiver
- 10-game season
- Postseason tournament for all teams that play a minimum of 8 games
- Divisions for 8u, 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, and 13u
- $350 per team
GREY Division (C Level)
"C" level teams at each age group
- Total focus on player participation and development
- Less competitive environment
- Less competitive rules enabling development and playing time
- 10-game season
- Postseason tournament for all teams that play a minimum of 8 games
- Divisions for 8u, 9u, 10u, 11u, and 12u
- $350 per team
7U Division
The first year of travel baseball!
- Combination Coach/Player Pitch!
- Focus on learning the game and getting used to travel baseball
- 10-game regular season with division champions recognized
- Guaranteed Single-Elimination Postseason Bracket with champion recognized
- Only $150 per team!
- 7u teams are always welcome to "play up" at 8u GREEN or GREY division
